What types of tea do you offer?
We offer a variety of teas, including green tea, red tea, white tea, and oolong teas. Each type is carefully selected for its unique flavor and health benefits.
Where is your company located?
Chimart's sales office is located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, US.
Our functional centers are based in China, including a Service Center in Nanchang, Jiangxi; a Tea Garden in Dehua, Fujian; and a Kiln in the Millennium Ceramic City of Jingdezhen, Jiangxi.
Do you ship Worldwide?
The Chimart official website supports shipments to the USA, United Kingdom, Germany, and other EU regions (including Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Poland). Additionally, three region-specific websites (Franch, Deutsch, Italian) are starting to service our European customers.
For regions such as Canada, Korea, and Japan, only our China service can handle your delivery. For other unlisted Asian regions, please Contact Us for confirmation in advance. We are actively developing more regional markets, so feel free to subscribe to our newsletters for timely information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the customer's location and the type of worldwide shipment chosen. Please kindly see our Shipping Policy for details.
Where do you ship from?
Chimart products normally ship from our functional centers in Mainland China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item, as different warehouses specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
For cost considerations, shipping from our partnered warehouses across China is our first option for overweight and highly fragile products. Depending on storage levels and the customer's location, we adhere to a customer-centric approach and always consider shipping from the nearest warehouse.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Usually, it takes 8-12 business days for all orders to arrive most countries and regions. It typically takes 1-2 business days to dispatch your order from our functional warehouses. 
Shipping times will vary based on the customer's location and the specific product, as well as based on demand and shipping location. For customers in the United States, standard shipping means you can expect to receive your package within 6–10 business days from the time of your order.
Where are your products made?
Currently, our manufacturing center in Jingdezhen of China, please visit Our Story taking great care to choose partners who share our values. This means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please Contact Us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
